Tax Code by Tommaso Scalici - Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from Tax Code by Tommaso Scalici, please follow the instructions below:

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Immediate & Automated)

  1. Open the Tax Code by Tommaso Scalici app on your Android device.
  2. Tap on your Profile Picture / Avatar in the top-right corner of the app bar.
  3. Select “Delete Account” from the settings menu.
  4. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Upon confirmation:

  • Your authenticated Google session is terminated.
  • Your user profile and all synchronized Tax Code records are immediately and permanently erased from Google Cloud Firestore.
  • This process is immediate and irreversible.

Option 2: Revoking Google Account Permissions

You can also revoke the app’s authorization to access your Google identity directly from your Google Account:

  1. Visit your Google Account Third-Party Access Settings.
  2. Select Tax Code by Tommaso Scalici.
  3. Click “Remove Access” / “Delete connection”.

Option 3: Manual Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app or device and would like us to verify the removal of your cloud data, you can email us directly at [email protected] from the Google Account email associated with the app.

Note on Guest Mode / Local Data: If you use the app in Guest Mode without Google Sign-In, all your tax codes are stored solely on your local device. To remove local data, you can delete cards individually within the app or uninstall the application.
