There is no guarantee of accuracy. The personal data entered by the user (first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, gender) are used solely for calculation purposes. The app does not replace professional advice and does not guarantee the legal validity of the generated code.

  • Google Account Authentication: Access via Google account implies acceptance of these terms and is used strictly to collect a unique, non-traceable ID. This ID allows for the storage and synchronization of saved contacts across your devices.
  • Calculation Data: Information entered for tax code calculation and generated “cards” are stored locally on your device and in your personal Google Cloud account storage (which is necessary for synchronization).
  • External Service: The tax code calculation relies on an external service, miocodicefiscale.com. Please refer to their Privacy Policy.
  • Document Scanning: Health card/ID scanning uses Google’s Vertex API. Refer to the Google Cloud AI Privacy Policy.

The processing of personal data is based on the user’s consent, which is automatically granted by accessing and using the app.

The user’s personal data and stored tax codes are never shared with third parties by the developer. Data is shared only with the aforementioned essential technical service providers (Google, miocodicefiscale.com) strictly to enable app functionality.
